For our latest project, we fabricated a power generation air filtration unit<\/strong> with dimensions of 57x48x68 inches<\/strong>, constructed from 1\/8-inch stainless steel<\/strong>. The system includes a Differential Pressure Transmitter (DPT)<\/strong>, capable of monitoring pressure differences up to 15 w.g. With more than 3000 carefully engineered components, we ensured that the system meets the highest standards.<\/h3>\n

Air-Tight Assembly<\/strong><\/h1>\n

A crucial feature of the unit is the two rows of butyl sealant<\/strong> applied between each panel, guaranteeing that no air escapes\u2014crucial for sensitive applications in power generation test labs\u00a0like those for General Electric<\/strong>. We also used anti-seize lubricant on every bolt<\/strong>, allowing for easy adjustment during future maintenance. This small but important detail ensures long-term flexibility and ease of use for the client.<\/h3>\n

Seamless Welding and Assembly: Ensuring Durability<\/h1>\n

At Industries B37<\/strong>, we employ precision TIG welding<\/strong> techniques to join stainless steel components, ensuring that all welds are structurally sound and able to withstand the tough environments of power generation. In addition, our dual butyl sealant<\/strong> application enhances the air-tight integrity of the filtration system.<\/h3>\n
