Precision Design and Manufacturing for Air Filtration

For our latest project, we fabricated a power generation air filtration unit with dimensions of 57x48x68 inches, constructed from 1/8-inch stainless steel. The system includes a Differential Pressure Transmitter (DPT), capable of monitoring pressure differences up to 15 w.g. With more than 3000 carefully engineered components, we ensured that the system meets the highest standards.

Air-Tight Assembly

A crucial feature of the unit is the two rows of butyl sealant applied between each panel, guaranteeing that no air escapes—crucial for sensitive applications in power generation test labs like those for General Electric. We also used anti-seize lubricant on every bolt, allowing for easy adjustment during future maintenance. This small but important detail ensures long-term flexibility and ease of use for the client.

Seamless Welding and Assembly: Ensuring Durability

At Industries B37, we employ precision TIG welding techniques to join stainless steel components, ensuring that all welds are structurally sound and able to withstand the tough environments of power generation. In addition, our dual butyl sealant application enhances the air-tight integrity of the filtration system.
